This ranch house was a gut renovation that involved structural engineering when the team decided to open up the space to to create an open and airy great room and change the layout of the house entrance to showcase the amazing views. The closed off outdated space made way for a room filled with warmth and light, in a very peaceful and relaxing neutral color palette that carries throughout the house.
